Björn Bronger, PhD, MBA
Björn has a unique skillset in both finance and legal, advising our international clients on cross‑border transactions and complex financings.
Before founding Bronger Peters, Björn has been working inter alia for the international law firm Clifford Chance in Frankfurt and New York, structuring corporate‑ and finance deals, and as a structured finance manager for an international investment bank in Luxembourg. In more than a decade of professional experience, he advised high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors on complex financial transactions, debt and equity structuring, and residency and citizenship planning.
Björn holds a PhD in Law from the University of Heidelberg, Executive MBAs from ESSEC Paris and Mannheim Business School, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations from the University of London. Outside work he is an avid sailor and tennis player - applying the teamwork of the racecourse and the discipline of the court to every client engagement.
