REALTYon Limassol 2025
New Connections, big insights, and a promising future in Cyprus Real Estate
At Bronger Peters, we’ve been active in the international real estate sector for many years, and over time we’ve learned that personal relationships and staying connected to local markets are just as important as data and strategy. That’s why attending REALTYon 2025 in Limassol, Cyprus was a valuable experience—not just for exploring new opportunities, but for catching up with long-standing partners, meeting new developers, and getting a clearer view of where the Cyprus property market is heading.
The event, held at the City of Dreams Mediterranean on May 8–9, brought together a wide range of real estate professionals, developers, consultants, and investors from across Europe and beyond. With over 70 developers showcasing 200+ projects, REALTYon gave us a solid overview of the current activity in the region and where the momentum is building.
Reconnecting with a Familiar Market
We’ve seen how the market has evolved, especially in recent years, with growing interest from international buyers, rising quality standards, and an increasing focus on sustainability and technology.
What stood out at REALTYon was the quality of the projects being presented, particularly in Limassol, Paphos, and Larnaca. Many of the developers we spoke with are pushing forward with high-spec residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects that reflect the growing demand for lifestyle-driven investments on the island.
A Valuable Exchange of Ideas
One of the best parts of the event was the opportunity to engage in real conversations—not just about square meters and yields, but about long-term vision, changing buyer expectations, and how to adapt to a more global and dynamic investment landscape.
The conference sessions covered everything from ESG in development, to the role of PropTech, to navigating new regulations. While we’re well-acquainted with many of these topics, it was refreshing to hear them discussed from a local perspective. These insights help us better guide our clients and partners who are interested in Cyprus or are already active here.
Looking Ahead
We’re grateful for the chance to reconnect with developers and professionals we’ve known for years, and equally thankful for the new contacts we made during the expo. For us at Bronger Peters, it’s clear that Cyprus remains a strong and growing real estate market, with a lot of potential in both residential and commercial sectors.
REALTYon was a great reminder of the value of being on the ground—seeing projects firsthand, having real conversations, and staying close to the market and the people shaping it.
As always, we remain committed to bringing the best opportunities to our clients and partners. And after this event, we’re more confident than ever in the direction Cyprus is heading.
