We\u2019ve seen how the market has evolved, especially in recent years, with growing interest from international buyers, rising quality standards, and an increasing focus on sustainability and technology.<\/p>\n

What stood out at REALTYon was the quality of the projects being presented, particularly in Limassol, Paphos, and Larnaca<\/strong>. Many of the developers we spoke with are pushing forward with high-spec residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects that reflect the growing demand for lifestyle-driven investments on the island.<\/p>\n

One of the best parts of the event was the opportunity to engage in real conversations\u2014not just about square meters and yields, but about long-term vision, changing buyer expectations, and how to adapt to a more global and dynamic investment landscape.<\/p>\n

While we\u2019re well-acquainted with many of these topics, it was refreshing to hear them discussed from a local perspective.
